Q Is there a minimum age for participants?
Sixteen is the minimum age, unless the workshop is specified as multigenerational.
Q Who teaches the workshops?
Only accomplished artists from Western North Carolina and from across the United States comprise ARTSville's teaching staff.

Q What type of workshops do you offer?
We offer workshops in a variety of media.

Painting – watercolor, oils, acrylics, and water-based oils; pastels, studio, and Plein Aire

WHEN
Q When are workshops offered?
Workshops run from mid-June through mid-August. Three-day workshops run Friday through Sunday and four-day workshops run Monday through Thursday.
All workshop days begin at 9:30 and conclude at 3:30 and include one hour for lunch.
Q How are the dates selected?
Our Artist-teachers choose their own dates and may offer more than one workshop each summer.
Q When should I register?
Please register as soon as possible as we limit workshop size to encourage the best interaction between you and your artist-teacher.
Payment in full is required at the time of registration.
If you cancel for any reason at least 20 days prior to the beginning of your workshop, you will be refunded the amount paid less $25.
